Download and Install the program by following the instructions on the screen.

 

Start the Program from windows Start Menu, like any other program.

 

Update, or fill in, your authorized contacts into your address book. Do not forget to save your changes.

 

You may have to allow few minutes (allow 10 what the heck) for the program to suck your outlook contacts.

 

NOTE: This is the most important task that you should pay attention to, because most probably, your current outlook contacts list includes e-mail addresses of the spammers. That happens because you answered them and told them not to send you any more e-mail.  The outcome is that you have really confirmed that your e-mail address is a valid one.

 

Start your MS-Outlook

 

Click right mouse on the icon and choose PROCESS MESSAGES.

 

Now watch the program sorting out the messages.  The results will be saved in  newly created folders as follows:
